  We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was so unique—it felt like an old-school beach community, and there's nothing else like it around. Having direct beach access from the property was incredible; we could literally walk to the ocean anytime, which was perfect for a midnight stroll. The ocean breeze and sounds from the balcony were so relaxing that we didn't even miss the air conditioning. Plus, everyone was super friendly, and our apartment felt very private. Being within walking or biking distance of so many restaurants and the beautiful homes on 'The Strand' was a huge bonus. We're so happy we picked this place for our trip to Redondo/Hermosa Beach!

  That's a very helpful suggestion. Here are a few ways to phrase that feedback, depending on who you're giving it to. We had a wonderful time. For future guests, we'd suggest placing a few standing fans in the closets for better air circulation. It was an effective alternative to air conditioning, which we found helpful after Instacarting one ourselves

  This is by far the most dishonest and incompetent hotel I have ever seen. At the reception, they charged me an extra $100 deposit, promising it would be refunded in 5–7 days. I asked twice, but after 20 days there is still no refund. When you call, they don’t give you any proper answer. The breakfast is so terrible it makes you lose your appetite, and the beds cause itching after sleeping on them. Completely unacceptable experience.
