Good outdoor area, pools, and hot tubs. Needed a map to get to my room as front desk staff gave general directions. I was exhausted from airplane flight and no one knew where my maranta view room was.

Older rooms that need to be updated. Could hear next door neighbors and parking lot traffic. The flavored fruity water in the canister by front desk was alway empty. Refill or put a large size container in lobby.

Beautiful retreat styled property, with local artwork all around. The rooms were beautiful and well stocked with fresh towels and spa-like amenities. Food in restaurant was excellent.

I liked the location because it is close to the Advenhealth hospital, where my wife was having surgery the following morning. The hotel was cleaned, and the staff was pleasant.

The garden is lovely; there were butterflies an birds all around, the staff provide smores ingredients to use at the firepit.

The cottages are right on the main road leading to Guerneville, so during the day there is quite a lot of traffic noise. However, it subsided later in the evening and didn't keep us awake.

As soon as we got there we noticed everything was dirty. The bedding was the dirty, and the furniture had buggers on it. I kid you not! Both beds were dirty. The floors were slick. You could tell no one vacuumed. We went to the front desk and the clerk was rude and she gave us 3 different rooms to try. 2 was just as filthy and smelled like smoke. We just took the least filthy. The parking garage was terrible. Hardly any room to maneuver. Loud noises from people shutting doors.
