Friendly staff, location, nice pool, we only spent a little time in it but it was so nice. All staff was laid back. They had beach towels in the lobby if you needed them!!! My dad said the bed was so nice If he didn’t have to go to the bathroom he could have slept all night, that is unusual for him too!! Pillows were great and soft!!

The location is ideal for us. The grounds are lovely. Our late check-in was handled well and most appreciated. The coffee shop is a nice place to relax and visit with friends/family.

Our room very disappointing. It smelled musty. One of the comforters was heavily stained (folded so it was not visible unless the comforter was used), the sheets had brown streaks, the fitted sheets were put on the beds inside out, and there were cigarette burns on one of the blankets. The tub surround was broken/cracked in two places and there was hair/soap scum on one of the shelves from a previous guest. The shower curtain was covered in brown spots that looked like mildew or mold. The toilet seat was loose and wobbly - I tightened it so as not to fall off of it. The toilet gurgled loudly at odd times (middle of the night) as though it was flushing itself/clearing the line. The coffee maker was very dirty and unusable. The floors towards the back of the room were uneven and soft. And no one came by to see if we needed anything or to make up our room until it was time for us to check out. (There were housekeepers on site every day we were there.) The facility was fully booked and the office was closed until Monday morning, the day we checked out. There was no point in asking to be moved to another room as there were none available.

The staff opened breakfast early Saturday morning allowing ball teams to have breakfast before early games. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean.

The front desk lady who checked us in seemed inconvenienced that she had to check us in. Gave us the run down of where everything is, etc so fast and I asked her what was the last thing she said...she spoke again so fast I couldn't understand. I was too embarrassed to ask again so I could know where the pool was. And didn't know about using key card to use elevators because she spoke so fast I missed that too! Very clean but staff seemed overworked/irritated.

When entering the hotel, I asked front desk clerk if she knew were the nearest Starbucks located, her answer was no, she gave a face as it was a bother and answered (I mean I can look it up) meaning I could have looked it up. I replied no thanks I can do that. I always ask were is the nearest Starbucks and usually they know, but it was not that she did not know, it was letting me know that I could look it up. Even my wife was shocked in the manner she replied. outside of that it was wonderful place.
