The Hotel in general is good: We stayed because we wanted to go to the beach (7 Presidents which I recommend if you want a quiet, clean and private beach) which was 10 minutes from the hotel Room with good light, cleaning was good, but could there be at least 1 small bottle of water for guests in the room? We asked for a room away from the pool, this was very good we rested during the night. THE BREAKFAST is not that good, except for the coffee, an egg that looks like a cardboard, they had oatmeal and machine pancakes in general, it is not something that caught our attention, but it is a breakfast that I imagine is normally served in this hotel, Receptionist Mary was great He gave us some tips on what we could do in the city.

Location and size of the unit. it was smaller condo building which we really like. liked having a bathroom next to the pool and we liked the distance from the building to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay.

I was happy that there was availability for a last minute booking. The rooms were very accessible, we were able to pull up right to the door. Casa Lemus allows pets so we were able to stay with our cat.

The rooms are in desperate need of updating. The lighting was poor inside the rooms and both the front door and the bathroom door did not close properly. The room said breakfast is included but there was only a small amount of meals available, the rest had to be paid for.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to assist when I asked. Free breakfast is good. There is a grocery store down the street as well as a CVS and ATM across the street.

The hotel is an excellent location. The rooms are very much in need of remodeling and update. The rooms are too dark and the carpet is worn and needs to be replaced. Replace the wall paper and furnishings The headboard cushioning has tears in it. A Queen room does not have a lounge chair. The lighting and lamps need to be replaced and updated.

The staff were very friendly. The building was a little outdated but kept clean. The outside was nice. The pool was kept somewhat clean. Beds were super comfy.

The price was a little high considering it was outdated. We didn't realize it was $46 per dog per night. Traveling with two small dogs was very expensive.
