I was very pleased with the location and ease of parking. The fact that they had an indoor pool was extremely helpful due to the fact that I was traveling with my kids. Way to chill out from long drive! You didn't have to worry about bringing room towels to pool because they had separate pool towels. Was a small pool, but still, indoor pool so points there. Beds were VERY comfortable and I selected the room with extra sofa bed so my teen son can have his own little section. Wasn't too loud with 75 being there, and we were able to simply walk to a couple different restaurants. IF I had time, I'd walk around to the other shops. REALLY cool area! Lastly, the staff goes way over and above helpful! EVERY person I came in contact with were SO pleasant and helpful. Can't rave enough about this facility! Totally recommend this hotel for sure.

It's not really a "do not like" rant, but simply wish there was more of a selection with breakfast. I personally liked the quiche, but it was lacking pancakes or waffles for those stubborn kids who just like to make it. The scrambled eggs were really, really good but again, for kids it was a tough thing. Yes, rhere was cereals you can select, bagels, and toast. Again, it's NOTa do not like, was just hoping for more or different selection next day.

Very comfortable bed. The room was clean and spacious. The real kicker was how welcoming and helpful the staff was- from the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was kind and accommodating. If we return to the area, this is where we will be staying.

The staff at the front desk were really nice. The breakfast wasn't terrible, and they did well at keeping it stocked. Parking wasn't difficult. It was a convenient location.

They had very small cups for drinks, which is not bad if you choose to have your breakfast downstairs, but if you want to bring it to your room, refills are not that easy to do. The room we were checked in for was not clean. One of the drawers had syrup on the edges. I took a picture and showed it to the front desk, and they just told me to send an email. That's it. As convenient as the location is, we will likely go with a different choice next time.

Man at front desk was very passive aggressive. Bathroom towel holders were rusty. Towels looked like the really needed to be replaced. Tv was very small.

Room 301 Bathroom shower leaked, toilet had no TP, bed was worn and badly needs to be replaced. A/c unit was not working properly (window doesn't open due to 3rd floor), carpet had mysterious stains, cleanliness was questionable for Bathroom. Luckily I do bring cleaning supplies cuz I am weird.

It was extremely dirty. My room had sand from previous ppl staying. The restroom and room had mold. I had to wear shoes the whole time because I was so grossed out.
