I didn't get to eat breakfast because of the time I had to leave for work but the rest I got was amazing. From now on that is we're I will stay there isn't a hotel in lake county that even stands up to it. It was a amazing place to stay I will tell all my friends and family to stay there. I loved it

Nothing everything was amazing that staff in the front office was out standing there isn't any hotel in the hole county that can compare and they almost are the same in I know it the same company but Best Western clearlake is not even close the the service you guys provide I will stay there every time after staying there made me understand that all other hotels in the country should stay there and fallow your methods because there is no competition in the county it was wonderful thanks you I will see you and your team soon amazing jobs again thank you

Wonderful location with views of the boat harbor and cruise ship piers. Great staff were very accommodating and helpful. Special shout out to Brittney who picked us up at the airport, checked us in early and made sure we were comfortable in our room.

We were in an older building where not everything worked perfectly. Shower temperature fluctuates. Bathroom exhaust fan is not very effective. Otherwise everything else was more than adequate. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The host was super friendly and excellent with communication. The cabin was just perfect and shout out for the water jug, fridge, and coffee maker! Extra bonus for the hair dryer in the ladies room

There is construction on the road from town to this property so it was tough to get a cab and the 4 minute drive often became 20. Not the cabin’s fault though ;)

The price wasn't too bad, however I don't feel it was worth it with the conditon of the rooms. The location was probably the best part.

The first room we were given the lights didn't work; only one and it smelled bad. The second room which we stayed in, the floor were dirty; I had to go to WalMart and buy a swifter to clean the floor, the toilet clogged I had to go get a plunger from the desk bc there was not one in the room and the guy at the desk was sleeping so u had to knock on the window and yell. The location was probably the best part of it all. The ceiling in the bathroom is falling in, the ceiling in the sleeping area has huge cracks in it. This hotel really needs some renovations. Also some of the rooms look as if people actually live there. There were bugs stuck to the curtains.

I was wondering when I booked my reser /vation, I know it includes breakfast. Howeverthe receptionist on the front desk gave me a one day breakfast voucher instead of a 3 day free breakfast.

The bathroom sink leaks when you have it running. There were 2 towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth. The "bath towel" was a little larger than the hand towel. They were so rough and not near big enough to dry an adult after a shower. It was also unbelievably humid inside.

Everything was great til we found a surprise as we were going through the room to pack up. They left old moldy food in the microwave from the previous guests in that room for at least 3 days. Was disgusting, too sick to get pics. Threw up and let the cleaning lady know. (Rm318) Left right after.
