The location is great, in the heart of Berawa, but on a quiet road so you cannot hear the noisy traffic nearby. Nice quiet road for walking and viewing the sunset right outside the door.   The staff were very nice. The Bar/restaurant is a plus. The location is good for touring the area. But please beware: We booked a queen room and found the queen bed was up against the wall; this means only one way in the bed. Being of mature age, this made getting in and out of the bed very difficult. When I spoke to the front desk, they informed me that ALL queen rooms are this way and ONLY the king rooms have access from both sides of the room.

  The location is beautiful. The pool was pretty nice. The room was comfortable.

  Not being kept up. There was spilled beer on the pool deck and trash around the walkways. Dinner reservation at 7 and we didn't get our food til 8:30 and it tasted only okay. The room was okay but there was hair in the shower and it just didn't feel very clean. No availability to schedule a pedicure during our stay

  I stayed at this hotel, and it smelled musty. There was no one at the front desk, and the people upstairs were too loud, so I couldn't sleep all night. The hotel was super dirty and not updated. The sheets and pillows smelled musty. I had a reservation for tonight, but I couldn't stay another night. I left on the second day, and there was a lady at the front desk who was helpful, but the noise from the upstairs all night was annoying too. Also, there was a note on the remote control for the room stating that you couldn't control the AC. My room was super cold, and there were only small, thin blankets that smelled musty and moldy. Additionally, there were bugs or something that bit me all over my body.
