  The lobby is very nice. The rooms were pretty standard nothing too fancy. The pool was nice my kids really enjoyed it. My husband enjoyed the roof top bar and restaurant.

  Hair every where in the bathroom the drains, the tub, 2 of the 4 towels they provided. It definitely could have been cleaned better.

  I like the breakfast just wish they had banana as a choice.

  The staff were rude. Cornell was extremely unprofessional he kept getting mad when customers came up and asked him questions he even got mad while checking me in because the computer wasn’t working properly. Also I didn’t like how hard the bed were!

  Several broken parts to the property, overcharged deposit for check in, left phone charger item and never returned, asked for a check out past 11 am to take a video meeting call but wasn’t allowed and cleaning crew didn’t get there until 1pm. Cable /tv didn’t work in the master bedroom!! Book directly from the Setai!!!!

  The fact the pool was ice cold and barely had towels, in my room the dressers couldn’t close they kept popping open, I had to sit the chair in front of the dresser so that made less room to walk around, the sheets was dirty and had brunt spots, the refrigerator didn’t get that cold. I think breakfast should’ve had more options, an only the cranberry juice worked, water was coming out for the orange juice and apple juice
