  The home and the suite were picturesque, stunning, and every possible need was well accommodated for but even more than this, this place was magical! I am a person who is go go go on vacation. This is the one place where I wanted to pause, take in the scenery, and embrace the moments. This home will forever have a place in my heart and I am so grateful for the time I spent there.

  The cute, little older lady at the front desk was super sweet. I also like that we could go right out our door and go fishing with a beautiful view.

  Location is perfect. Right in the middle of Big Sur and close to hiking, the Redwoods, close to the beaches, nature. Truly beautiful.

  The one thing I was frustrated about was the lack of wifi anywhere on the property. If the main lodge and/or the restaurant had wifi we wouldn't have left to eat at other restaurants. Also, the Big Sur Lodge's restaurant hours are not posted anywhere. We came to eat supper at 7:40 and were told seating had ended. We had no way of knowing that prior to coming into the restaurant.
