Local bus (#62) every 30mins to Frankfurt terminal was especially nice. I chose not to include the breakfast, but it looked like a nice layout.”

  Great location, value and service! It could have used a fan to help move air around the cabin. And I did not understand why check in was only from 3-8 pm when the cabin had a key pad entrance. Management could have sent us a code and been done with it. Instead we rushed to get there by 8pm after a long day of driving. But the bed was comfortable, the shower had hot water, staff was friendly! Could have used a chair or couch to sit on but overall enjoyed your stay and would recommend to friends and family!

  Very spacious room, clean and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for what I went for. The pool looked nice although I didn’t get in it. Staff was friendly.

  The room never got as cold as I liked. Woke up to a huge leak by the entrance, it created a huge spot in the carpet, when I walked to open the door my feet got wet. I notified the house keeper right away and she seemed concerned and expressed how they apparently had already fixed it and it happened again. Then I notified front desk on my way to check out, the guy didn’t seem too concerned just smiled and said thank you. Good thing I was already checking out, otherwise I would’ve requested a different room. This Place looks nice, has potential and staff was friendly over all. But the leak I experienced in my room explains the unpleasant odor lingering the hotel.

  Homeless problem in the area. There is nothing you can do about that. Every downtown city area I've been to has the same issue.

  We had a booger on our wall next to the bed, the shower would randomly turn scalding hot, my mom had trouble getting hot water in her room, the bathroom had hair on the floor, in the tub, and in the sink.

  I wanted to extend an extra day but staff member said they couldn’t do it. So I booked one online and I ended up staying in the same room. But had to check out and check back in. Very inconvenient. The front staff not very helpful !
