It was similar to other Hampton Inns that we stayed at. The hotel was located away from the main drag but it had a Safeway with a Starbucks next door which was nice. The breakfast was so/so and could use improvement. I like that you can connect to Netflix and the fact that they had an Electric Vehicle Charger.

Great location, north end of town, quiet and was able to sleep with the windows open!! We had a 3 bedroom, plenty of room for everyone. Good hot shower except when it scolded me, ouch.

Coffee station could be better arranged and maybe add a selection. Breakfast area felt a bit like it was overlooked when designing. Prepackaged selections are lackluster.

Hotel is pet friendly but part of the agreement states pets cannot be left unattended at hotel at all even if kenneled. There is also no green space at all on the property. No where for dogs to eliminate waste. The only green space for dogs is down the street a bit and it’s hardly a green space but a small patch of grass. The area is pretty sketchy even though there is a 4 star hotel just beside the steam plant hotel. The lights from that hotel made the area a bit easier of a walk but not great at night. I wouldn’t recommend bringing a dog there because of this limited access. The room was very clean. In fact, it was almost too clean which I realize sounds petty. It’s just that the room had a very very strong smell of bathroom cleaner. The room was fine. However when I checked in a couple checking in before me came back to the desk to say the went into the room (for the first time) and their shower door was shattered everywhere. Very strange.
