Local bus (#62) every 30mins to Frankfurt terminal was especially nice. I chose not to include the breakfast, but it looked like a nice layout.”

  We really liked the location. It was close to where we were heading during the day and near downtown Harrisonburg. The staff were very friendly.

  Even though the staff were friendly, I think they could have been a bit more helpful in accommodating the needs for our family. We had mentioned that our fridge was not working, and were told we could move rooms. This was not ideal, as it was very late and we have two small children with us. It also was not a possibility for the first night because the internet was down and they were unable to get us into another room. We booked the hotel through booking.com, so therefore they were unable to help discount the room in any way. We were disappointed that it was not suggested to move a working fridge to our room. We are were staying three nights and part of picking this hotel was based on the provided fridge in the room. We have bottles for son that needed to stay cool. We made it work, but we were disappointed in having to figure it out on our own without any additional support from hotel staff. I think overall they were trying their best to work out an unfortunate situation with the lack of internet. I am sure that caused a big loss in business at no fault of theirs. The few other disappointing areas were the pool and the breakfast. The pool was very dirty at the bottom. It has sand and dirt all over the floor. The first night we were in there and there were no lights on in the pool. Someone did make sure to turn them on for the next night. The breakfast was a great variety, however, not much of it was very appetizing. The eggs were wet, the waffles tasted sour, and the bread was very stale. I understand things happen. This just seemed like too many things went wrong. We will unfortunately not return or recommend this place.

  It was very spacious and for my family comfortably! TV's in every room was a plus although some of the remotes need new batteries!!

  Overall it was great, however, I was highly embarrassed when we were unable to access the water park due to a management issue and no one called me back regarding this issue.
