  We stayed here for a night in between our Oklahoma trip and Vegas trip. Instead of heading all the way home for one night. The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was nice, spacious, and well-appointed. Truly enjoyed staying at this hotel. Very good service and one of the nicest rooms I've been in this year. Will definitely be staying here again.

  The staff was amazing! Best experience in all the years we've visited VA Beach! Behind the front desk, Shante, was amazing and extremely helpful. The night staff, Daniel and Archie were also incredible! They really made a huge impact on our stay! Daniel actually talked up the entire hotel and has us wanting to come back for any future stays!!

  If I had to choose something, I would only say the balconies being worked on was a downer. The hotel is set up a little strange as far as how you access your room. Other than that, our stay was impeccable!!

  A huge amount of money was spent remodeling this motel. Most everything is new, the bed is awesome and the room was clean.

  The room reeks of cigarette smoke. It's so sad that all of the nice stuff, including the big LED tv are negated by the lingering cigarette smoke. The manager sprayed the room for us, which lasted until about 11 pm.

  Bathroom had mold and bathtub wasn't clean. AC was set at 72 but kept going down to 60. We were either freezing or very hot. 9ne of the lamp was missing a light bulb. Front desk was nice but the gentleman at the breakfast area was very unfriendly to customers . Constantly watched over everyone s move. As soon as a guest next to my son I got breakfast and started walking, he yelled at him to stop and made him look at the signed that said to not leave with food outside the breakfast area. It was like being in middle school and having a teacher watching every little move in a very unfriendly way. Disappointing stay.
