  We already knew what to expect from our last stay on May 29th. We enjoyed our stay so we decided to book again for June 4th. The person with the rainbow braids was very friendly and helpful, he was a big reason we came back. The room was big, ac was cold & there was no outside noise in the room or halls. They also have an excellent free breakfast for guests which is a bonus! I’m sure we’ll be staying here again in the future.

  Only small complaint would be, having to park so far in the back parking lot because there’s no extra space in front!

  The location is great for Universal Studios. It has great facilities, from longue bar to restaurant and shop for quick things. Also the gym is very well equiped and the pool was good. The staff was very helpful and the bed didn't have bedbugs.

  The wifi is awful, better not use it. Not useful for work or anything else other than some small chat messaging. It kept disconnecting every 15min and download speed as well as signal strenght was painfully low. The AC unit hits the bed directly and it's so old/dirty that I had to skip a park day to rest as I got I'll the first night with that painfully cold air to the face all night. The carpet might be clean and I trust them, but in 2024 you can't keep that brown humid carpet on a room anymore.

  Bugs on the sink. Roaches behind and crawling around fridge. Secondary door Lock was broken off door. Looked and most likely was a crack house. Stayed maybe a half hour, will disputing with the credit card. Staff was zero help.

  Location was good - walking distance to Disneyland. Staff were nice and let us store our bags in advance of check in time. Room furnishings very dated but seemed clean.

  The air conditioner in the room sounded like a loud lawn mower. There are signs on the window not to open, so it's either trying to sleep with a loud rattling AC or no air. The pool is in the carpark.

  I did not like the fact that when I went to park there was someone who I am guessing worked at the hotel that was working on a car the whole time that we stayed. Also we stayed on the second floor and when you step off the elevator it smelled of marijuana. And There is not air in the hall ways. Whoever was staying above us was running around and it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling till 3am. The rooms need updated if you are going to charge people over $200 dollar plus a night.

  The pillows and mattress were stained. The carpet had a stickiness on it, seemed like something was spilled on it and never cleaned . When asked for extra pillow the answer we got was it was locked up and couldn’t be reached. I will NEVER book this hotel again
