  - bad impression when the key would not work to open the room's door. We had to change it several times - the first thing we saw was the rest room door damaged and on the inside the hook on the door was loose, twisted, we could not use it - the rug felt sticky, not very clean

  What we didn’t like was they enforced a no trailers rule nobody tells you upfront. Nothing is written and I know when you use Booking.com, you can look that up. I tried looking it up. Didn’t find anything and then also when you use Booking.com after you confirm your stay whether there’s no trailers or not so nothing was said about the trailers. We pulled up right in front to check in no big deal found out the next day and we are on the opposite side of town and the guy said that he was going to have a tow if we weren’t back there in a few minutes and I said so you’re threatening me about a freaking trailer, and when we finally got back to town because we are out touring as soon as we walked in, I announced who I was and he told me I had 10 minutes to leave and argued with my wife about the 10 minutes to leave that she can’t pack that fast and then he said the police would be involved if we were not out of there in 10 minutes
