Your hot mineral spring waters were fantastic! I love the pool, spas, hot tubs and was able to utilize all during my stay with no waiting and or issues which was exceptional only probably because of the days that I visited was a Sunday - Monday. And your Himalayan Salt room, ice room, and saunas was totally awesome to use too! Thank you for a wonderful experience which was my first!

Maybe just walking on the tiny rocks, dirt, pebbles getting to the Oasis Hot tubs from the pool or spas. Especially when I wear the rented slippers from the room to walk around in and after soaking my feet in the mineral spring water. Not ideal to flip flop around!

The bedroom’s were very nice and clean. The outside balcony’s were also a nice touch. Having the ability to park my car under the house out of the sun. Having a kitchen was nice. Main living area was enjoyable.

The bathrooms. Not what I was expecting. I find the bathrooms to be the most important and they were not up to par. Some broken things and needed a better cleaning. Shower curtains fell off. Grill and backyard were not so good. Oh, probably the most important thing I didn’t like was the listing said it was a block from the beach. What we saw was not what we considered to be a beach. We expected to be on the ocean side where the main beach was located. We felt the wool had been pulled over our eyes. Misleading. Needed a golf cart to get to the beach. The WiFi wasn’t the best and the tv didn’t offer many channels.

Very clean! The A/C allowed constant fan. That’s nice. Breakfast is good. Pools are awesome. Stay here over the Westin. Beds are very comfortable. I like these people!

Why is there never hand soap. A “facial bar”? That’s not antibacterial. Hand soap please. Also the email said we needed to wear masks but no one was when we got there. Probably update the language in the email.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, Garden Place Hotel, located near Niagara Falls, NY, from May 20th 2024 to May 22nd 2024. Unfortunately, several aspects of my experience were unsatisfactory, and I am compelled to request a refund due to these deficiencies. Firstly, upon encountering a clogged toilet in our room, I immediately contacted the front desk for assistance. To my dismay, I was instructed to collect a plunger from the front desk and resolve the issue myself. This response was not only unexpected but also unsatisfactory, as handling maintenance issues is not the responsibility of a guest. Secondly, the Wi-Fi service, which is crucial for completing work remotely, was inadequate throughout our stay. Despite multiple complaints, the issue was not addressed, which significantly hindered my ability to perform necessary job-related tasks. Lastly, the accommodation arrangements were below the standard expected. The room booked for four people was equipped with only two small beds and two comforters, which proved to be insufficient and uncomfortable for my family and some of them had to sleep on the floor. Despite requesting additional bedding to accommodate everyone comfortably, our needs were not met. These issues collectively marred our experience, and the lack of proper resolution to our complaints reflects poorly on the management and operational standards of your establishment. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund for our stay. I believe this is a reasonable request given the circumstances, which significantly impacted our comfort and satisfaction.
