  Value for the money. Motel was very clean. Although It is an older style two story motor court with room entrance from outdoor parking it has been updated. Beds are new and incredibly comfortable, bedding was very fresh and good quality. Window AC worked great. Large flat screen Samsung Tv was very sharp with many Channels, nice pool area, nice view of Blue Ridge Mt, great access to Downtown and attractions, good breakfast, staff very professional and efficient

  The breakfast was amazing. The servers were awesome. The bed was very comfortable.

  The hotel and Bar do not accept cash for payment. This is totally unacceptable. Bar & grill menu needs some upgrading. Salad bar could have more choices, like real greens not iceberg lettuce. Their hamburger was great. The front doors of the hotel need upgrading, they don't open wide enough. Somehow the room keys for 3 different rooms were keyed the same...very scary. Thankfully we discovered it quickly.

  I know ppl are going to say it’s Miami and it’s expected to have cockroaches, but I’m not use to them living in a cold climate. The lobby smelled like bug spray. They took 103$ deposit and said they would give me back my 100$ in 5-7 business days? Haven’t got it back yet.

  Parking is sketchy, either the garage, tight rooftop or across the street. Food was terrible - Room was very secluded in a dark hallway and I was traveling alone so I felt very uncomfortable. Floor wasn’t vacuumed. Shower door didn’t close all the way and so water leaked out a huge puddle on the bathroom floor. Everything is old and worn out, place definitely needs some maintenance.
