So, we actually cancelled our reservation because it was not what we expected or what we were looking for. That being said, I am so happy to confirm that the host was very nice and very thoughtful. She showed us around and when we figured out that this would not work for our needs, she was not angry with us for wanting to cancel. We had to cancel through Booking.com, but the property owner was very generous and understanding and gave us a full refund even though there was supposed to be a charge. We are very grateful.

This place was very clean, beds comfortable, checking in and out was very quick. The location was good (didn't feel sketchy like some places closer to the French quarter) and they had a great breakfast selection available in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was not safe, lots of unsavory people and homeless people on premises with direct access to my door. They would hang there all day. Most guests are not tourists. I felt unsafe. As i checked out, a person was assaulted and robbed in the driveway only 4ft away from me, it was crazy and frightening. I’m no princess but this spot is rough.

Bed was horribly uncomfortable with hard lumpy mattress. Pillows were small (think toddler size) and no way to adjust AC. There was a small desk fan. The blades were COVERED in dust. The valet was difficult to deal with, had to eventually have front desk call for him AFTER we had completed our check in.
