The views were amazing. When we arrived, however, after the designated check in time, we discovered our room was filthy and not even cleaned. They did move us to another room. There was no air conditioning and the room was very hot even with the fan provided. Staff was indifferent, food was very expensive. I received a phone call three different times from the lodge after I left stating I didn’t pay. I was able to retrieve my receipt from booking.com and prove otherwise. Just not a good experience.

We loved the decor and overall aesthetic of the hotel. Everything looked new and very well-maintained. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was better than your typical hotel breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the deck on the 3rd floor with lovely views and spent quite a bit of time there in the evening and the next day.

There wasn't much in the vicinity of the hotel. We wished the hotel had a pool. Also, it would be nice if the decor incorporated elements that would honor the multicultural community and the proximity to Warm Springs.

The bathroom configuration was a little odd....the sink was outside the bathroom although the bathroom was very large. The door was hollow. The ice machine did not work on our floor. There was NO elevator. Although it was one flight and I had a man to carry my things, this would not have made me happy had I been traveling alone. The bed was a little suspect in terms of it's stability. It seemed to have a broken spring or something, but not a huge deal.

Front desk staff were rude and always had frown. The room was not cleaned at all the whole time I was there which was 4 days and 3 nights. The floors were dirty when I checked in and the beds felt like they did not change the sheets because I could feel the sand in the sheets, I had to ask the only nice guy to give me clean sheets so I changed them🙄the comforter was filthy. The refrigerator work but the freezer didn’t we told the maintenance guy but he assured us it did even after we pointed it out to him he refused to take a look at it so we ended up with melted ice-cream a meals. People next door to us were loud with music and smoking weed we tried calling the front desk to tell them but they never picked up the phone!

I called 3 times to the front desk about the air conditioner in our room, and no one answered the phone. Went downstairs to the front desk and told them about the air conditioner. I was told someone would come up and check. No one came, and our room was 74 degrees. Being so tired Ended up sleeping in that. I wish there was better customer service.
