Great property! Loved being right next to the Nick Tournament course and range. Our son had a tournament there. Great pool and workout facility too. Our host, Jim, was terrific with any of our questions. This place would be perfect for the week of the Hope, or whatever they call it now, tournament.

Sketchy area, felt extremely unsafe being outside. Location is really bad.homeless and drug deals across the street. People wandering everywhere. While looking out the window even saw someone collapse from drugs and getting administered CPR. So so bad.

The pool was so dirty that you couldn’t see the bottom. My daughter found many treasures on the bottom with googles along with very disgusting things that proved the pool hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time. The whole hotel, specifically our floor stunk like pot. You could smell it in our room and it made our allergies act up. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room wasn’t clean.

The apartment was a mess when I walked it. The dishwasher was still running, the refrigerator looked like it had been wiped down with a dirty rag, the sink clogged and garbage disposal stunk, with fruit flies everywhere, I had to vacuum the floor, as that was not done, and the shower was filthy. To the point I had to go by a shower curtain and lay it down because it was so gross, and I was not going to clean someone elses filth. There was also mold in the shower, and the patio doors were so stuck shut, I couldn't even open them. The person that was working with me prior to check in didn't send the key and entry info until AFTER I was to arrive, and gave me the wrong gate code, which never even worked, and several times I had to sit outside the gate after hours and wait for a resident to come in, or sneak in through the out door. To top it all off, the gate was completely open one night, and conveniently enough, the security guard was off, and all four of my tires were stolen off of my car. This not only was a nightmare due to the situation, but made even worse, as I had to leave town 4 days later, leaving my car behind at the dealership, and drive a rental to Arizona. I would NEVER recommend this place, and quite frankily, I can't even believe booking.com is allowing is on their site. I have never had a bad experience with booking.com until now, and I strongly suggest to stay as far away from this place as possible.

When booking this property it said beach front . So we thought we would have a view of the ocean. No had a view of the parking lot. Did not realize it was on the second floor but saved us by having an elevator to get everything up to the room Had to really nice swimming pools on the property and the beach was nice and clean but was a long walk to get to that. Advertixed a playground which we never did see.

Got a non smoking room that smelled like someone was smoking right in your face. The AC barely worked room was lukewarm and very humid. The tub was clogged and did not drain water fast enough to take a shower.
