The reception was friendly and professional. When I noticed that I left my belonging in the room after checkout, they kindly searched on behalf of me, found and kept it. Breakfast was good.

Be woken up at 5:15 am due to a fire alarm going off and there was no fire. They seem to think that it was something related to in the attic. Still did not know when we checked out. We all had to leave our rooms. Not good when you want to sleep in.

No kitchen available so the staff was grilling in a makeshift kitchen outside, apparently for the last 6 months while they remodel the kitchen! That seems a little harsh for the kitchen staff to be in the elements for hours as well as the food that was exposed to road dust and bacteria. A bowl of shrimp was open on the table and the cheese was dried up from being outside or reused. Our room window was left open and when I went to slide it shut, it was sizeable and heavy, it was not on the track and my husband and I had to lift the 4x3 foot glass window and force it shut so we didn't have to listen to the road noise all night. I would not recommend this hotel and am very dissatisfied to end our vacation there!!

Raw sewage came up from shower drain making it unusable in morning. Evening prior, drain was mostly clogged, causing water to flood onto bathroom floor (shower was walk-in with no lip) and leak into main room, soaking luggage on floor. Cockroach inside on air conditioner. Staff unable to fix shower or provide compensation. Multiple attempts to contact management failed. Finally was able to leave message with regional salesperson but got no reply. Waited several days for them to make things right before posting this negative review.
