- “The design of this triangle villa is amazing and beautiful. The location is a little far from the city, but it was supposed to be like this to have a real experience living in the jungle, which was wonderful. The view from the room on the second floor was beautiful at sunrise and sunset. The little pool at the right corner was very confy and quiet with a jungle view. Breakfast was delicious, and it was delivered to your tiny villa every morning. The smell of the blankets, sheets, towels and bed clothes is very good like a nice perfume.”

- “Most mornings, we picked up something for breakfast at the bread-espresso place in the bottom of the hotel instead of the buffet in the hotel. The hotel was very convenient to the train system with a station entrance right beside the hotel. There is also a grocery on the opposing corner that had a wide variety of foods, wines, etc. There are also several konbinis close to the hotel for anything you may need. There are a number of restaurants nearby. It is nothing like Dotonbori area of Osaka but it is also a lot quieter than that area. There is a set of laundry machines on the 3rd floor that are very useful. They had a display case in the lobby of things you might need for a comfortable stay.”

  Customer Service was exceptional. I had several good communications via phone and messaging for a couple of days before my arrival at the hotel. They were able to answer all questions well. Upon arrival, they accommodated early check-in of one of my guests. Provided a roll-away bed with plenty of bedding, pillows, and extra towels. There were plenty of electrical outlets in accessible locations in the room. The hotel was very quiet even though it was full. It was clean inside and out although had a slight musky odor until we ran the air conditioner which was nicely quiet. The location is on a well-travelled and well-lit street, close to the freeway, close to dining opportunities, and Starbucks.

  The rental was super cute and perfect for my boyfriend and I! We were visiting my family, so the location was convenient for us and private as well. We were able to do laundry there as well, which was nice! We had everything we needed there to not only feel comfortable, but enjoyable as well!

  Staff was friendly, and having the kitchenette in the room was helpful.

  The room was dirty, with hair in the pull out couch, wrappers from previous guests still on the floor. Some of the dishes provided were still dirty in the room, not washed. The tub didn't drain properly. It was like taking a bath and showering at the same time. Breakfast offered was bland, not many options. The one day we got coffee, it had grounds in it! Seems like for it being a "Hilton", they'd have higher standards.

  We were told when we checked in that hotel tried contacting us a few months ago when we booked our room to tell us that the pool and beach access were closed...which is not true. We had another family member book her own room and she was not contacted either. So, I would call first before booking to see if their pool and beach access is open again, which it looks like it won't be for a while. Their "complementary breakfast" was complete inedible. Like, bad bad. Bathroom door, shower head seemed to be about to break. We paid an extra $80.00 to check in 2 hours early, so overall paid $360 for a hotel with no pool, no beach access, horrible breakfast. My family is pretty upset about this, but it is what it is. Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. That's about it. We'll never stay here again.

  How humid it felt in lobby and room when we 1st Walk into room. Took a very long time for AC to cool down bedroom. I ended up going to Walmart to buy a little fan just for bedroom. Furniture very old and beat up. Dresser had a whole on top and pices missing on top. All furniture very beat up
