Local bus (#62) every 30mins to Frankfurt terminal was especially nice. I chose not to include the breakfast, but it looked like a nice layout.”

  Hotel location near freeway. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was typical...good selection. Room was very clean. The beds were super comfortable & I loved the pillows. Refrigerator & microwave. It was a great place to stay, very quiet & rate was reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

  The location was perfect for the things we had planned to do while in Redding. There were many restaurants and a laundromat in close proximity. It was a very short distance to the Sundial Bridge and Turtle Bay and family.

  The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for our adult grandson to sleep on. We ended up taking the mattress off the metal frame and closing the bed then putting the mattress on the floor...better but not great. While taking the mattress off, several things that had dropped down under cushions fell out and the underside of the sofa needed a good vacuuming. Wifi wasn't that great, but we weren't in the room too much. We asked for an extra pillow for my grandson and the clerk told him that there were no extras, that he should take one of the three on the queen beds and reluctantly gave him bedding to use. Food selection for breakfast was pretty lackluster.

  Good location - neighborhood is really interesting, lots of good places to eat within easy walking distance; also, not far from all the touristy stuff - Mall, White House, etc.

  No cold, or even cool, water. It was really hot when we were there and I was sweating buckets. Come back to the hotel dying of thirst after a long day of walking/riding bikes around the city and there's no cold water - had to go across the street to CVS and buy it. Ridiculous.

  Great location and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I loved the seating area in the lobby very comfortable.

  There was only 1 elevator working the whole time. The last day we were there the elevator was making some noises and would drop hard when it came to the first floor. The staff does not like when you use booking.com for your reservations. I was told upon check in that I can't help you with certain issues because I didn't go through them. She said if I would have booked through the hotel, they would be able to accommodate me. This was also told to several others as I heard this while sitting in the lobby.

  Was given a room in the smoking area; as that was all they had left; with 2 beds. I made my reservations on May 12th, 2024 and I believe I requested a non-smoking room, as neither of us smoke. This is the first time I have been disappointed in a Motel 6 facility. I travel with my husband, a disabled veteran and a very small dog [4-5lbs], so I always request a lower level/ non-smoking room.
