I loved, first of all, the cute phrases on the sliding doors. The Cleanest of the outside building. Then as we enter the lobby, atmosphere was even more impressive. Then , the Staff was Awesome and Very Kind. Had No Problems, if we needed anything, there wasn't any hesitation. We loved It!!!

After driving 7 hours, our room was not ready at 3 PM like we were told it would be. I will say the manager on site at the time was very nice and gave us a discount because of this. The front receptionist at the time didn't give a welcoming greeting either. She seemed a bit annoyed to have to do her job responsibilities and was visibly seen through the front window, from the parking lot, just sitting on her phone when not at the front desk.
