Then further on our last day, in the middle of this 2024 early June exceptional heat surge in Greece that we could stay way past checkout time - despite a fully booked situation - in an air conditioned environment until the ferry was due was exceptional. My husband could simply not have managed waiting 5 hours elsewhere under these heat conditions. Forever grateful, Greek hospitality at its very best.”

      The hotel is very modern and comfortable. We loved the walk-in shower and the cleanliness of everything. We enjoyed the lunch we had at the bar, and we were served by a very gracious young man. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy.

      We were surprised to learn that the hotel charges $18.00 per day to park your car at the hotel. We felt that with the amount we paid for the room, parking should be free to the hotel's patrons. My husband was extremely upset with this as we have never been charged for parking at any hotel before.

      The property was so clean and decorated so adorable!! The view was peaceful. The bed was SO comfy!! It’s conveniently located for attractions.

      The fan in the living room wasn’t working and laundry room door was messed up, but we let them know and they plan to take care of it! Be prepared for a steep drive down when you arrive, but it is SO worth it!!

      I had to sleep in my vehicle after 11 hour drive from San Antonio TX. We showed up in Albuquerque about 2 am and the reception said we would have to pay $85 to check in early about 3 hours early. Told us to sleep in the car until check in. We parked at the Motel 6 parking lot and slept, woke up at 5:30 checked in, the room was dirty, cigarette ashes on the shelf, hair on the shower wall, hair in clean sheets on the bed. I heard a lot of noise coming from outside looked outside the door and the Albuquerque Police department had shotguns on an individual that was outside. A lot of drug activity going on people walking up and down the stairs laughing loudly. The next morning I asked the housekeeper for some towels, and never got towels. I asked for towels for 2 days, and was ignored. Finally walked up to a housekeeper and asked for towels which got cussed out by this housekeeper. The housekeeper yelled outside to other residents that this was not a five-star hotel. I didn't need anyone to clean my room all I wanted was towels Received towels by the receptionist which were still damp. Ask to speak with management, where are the managers in all of this. Was told that Angelique and destiny are management. Still want to make a complaint in all of this. A pipe broke which is understandable that I could not take a shower Thursday night. Almost slipped walking to the office to try to change my key because it would not open the door. I did not have a great experience at this motel 6. When I make a trip back to Albuquerque I will not be staying here. It's okay you guys can keep the light off.

      Well, to start, I spent WEEKS trying to get ahold of this property's manager to get a wedding room block. It took something like seven tries for her to call me back, only to find out she wasn't willing to set aside even 5-7 rooms that were clearly available online. So I just went ahead and booked two suites for myself (wedding party) and the bride/groom here instead. I arrived at check-in to discover that they got the dates wrong on our booking.com reservation. Even though I showed them the correct dates right in the app, they refused to honor it and blamed it on booking.com (which I've personally never had an issue with, otherwise.). They were allegedly fully booked and there was nothing they could of would do. I was pretty alarmed and frustrated at their lack of accountability, so I sent a member of our party to a different hotel to see if they had space (so that we weren't homeless), while I tried to figure out if the Hampton could give us at least one of the two rooms we'd booked, for the bride and groom. The hotel staff and manager got super testy, repeatedly told us there was nothing they could do, and then told me I was rude to them and for trying to find another hotel, otherwise they would have helped. I travel all the time; this was such a wildly unprofessional and unusual experience. Anyway, we found another hotel. But some other friends stayed at the Hampton Inn and told me they saw the exact same thing happen to another family later that night. And a local who used to work at this property said it's common that they would lose Booking.com reservations. So, either book directly with Hilton or avoid this hotel and its disorganized manager.
