The room had all the needs: a big fridge, utensils, dishes, dishwasher, we like when I turned on the tv. it had a personalized welcome for the guest.

The outside and being on a busy main street were not very inviting. The bathroom fan was not functioning. The shower head was maybe purchased to be very water saving but there are water saving options that could still produce some water pressure.

We only liked the shower. The pressure was great.

Roaches, 2 small pillows. We had to share putting 1 on top of each other. Bed was hard. For being a kitchenette there was no table or chairs. We had to eat on the bed. The towels were cheap and thin. Not soft at all. Their large towels look like hand towels. Someone was hanging their clothes on the railing to climb the stairs. So you couldn't hold the railing. Hearing people arguing down stairs from their room. My husband and i will never stay there again. No where close to eat. There's a AM PM like 100 ft away. Questionable people hanging around there. Didn't feel safe. I wished I took pictures of the room.

When I was checking in I was questioned why I reserved a handicap accessible room. I responded with "excuse me" and then was asked "Are you handicapped?" I told her "You can't ask me that!" She then got her boss who asked me the same thing "Why did you book a handicap accessible room? Are you handicapped? " I responded the same way "you can't ask me that" the Manager then told me "forget it! You can stay somewhere else!" He then told his employee to give me my money back. I was extremely tired and didn't want to find somewhere else to stay so I apologized even though I didn't do anything wrong. I asked if they could just put me into a different room. I was told they could but I'd have to pay the the difference in room rates. I was not going to do that so I refused. ( I shouldn't have to pay anything extra since they won't let me keep the room I booked and paid for.) After the manager and I argued for a few minutes he gave in and said I didn't have to pay anything extra. I got my room key and proceeded to the elevator which was out of order. I found the stairs and walked up to the third floor and found my room. To say the room was a disappointment would be an understatement. The room was not worth the $151($174 after taxes) for 1 night! The bedding was stained, 1 of the lights above the bed was falling off the wall, the fridge was warm and wouldn't cool down, the shower curtain was dirty, the metal plate behind the faucet in the tub had fallen off and was just hanging there, one of the beds felt uneven and lopsided, and the carpet was dirty. I can't believe I paid $170 to stay there! I will NEVER stay there again!
