Everything was great! Breakfast was great! Great location for Yosemite and the lake and other activities. I stayed for 5 days and it was perfect. Diane the breakfast lady made great meals and keeps the area clean and stocked with food items. We loved the mattress! Never woke up with a backache like I do at home. The only thing is we had low water pressure when showering but that was still okay. What I loved about the Inn was the plants/garden around the facility. Very well kept facility. I’d recommend to anyone and if I went back to this area, I’d stay there again. The stay made my vacation great!

That I couldn’t bring the mattress home and my vacation was over!

This was worst hotel stay ever, I immediately left after 30 minutes. The room itself was not what we expected. The room had no remote control. There were dead bugs and live roaches on the walls and in the bathroom behind the door and in the tub this place should be condemned and shut down literally. We left and went to go stay at the Hampton inn down the street. Couldn’t get a refund back but at the very moment I just wanted to leave the place and find comfort where else

I didn’t like nothing about our room, we asked for a non smoking room but instead it still smelled as if people were smoking in there room and room next door were very loud and playing loud music this place looked like a ran down rooming house for people off the streets.

Good location easy to and from freeway, but a little bit of road noise. Bed was comfortable and sheets/ linens were clean/crisp. but age of carpet/paint/windows/screens and appliances added to unkempt/ unclean appearance. Breakfast options are fairly mediocre, but coffee was decent and bananas were appreciated.

See above for comments on cleanliness, breakfast, and slight road noise.

The hotel was clean and quiet. It also was like 10 minutes away from all the places we went to. The staff was so nice and if I ever go back to Florida I would stay there again.

I can't find anything to really complain about. Nothing major at all we just ran out of toilet paper and had to look out our room door to fi d a housekeeper but nothing to complain about at all

The location was great as we wanted to be in Little Italy for the amazing restaurant choices and close to the Bay.

The property itself- it was a little run down. You know like towels thin, the dispensers for soap in the shower not filled or working. I bring our own so not dependent on that. Smelled musty/swampy in the room every time you walked in. Felt swampy too but chalked it up to the humidity cuz that’s a thing. Our fridge didn’t work but we reported the issue and they took care of it right away and swapped out a fridge- the staff was very nice don’t get me wrong. Very nice. They show on the website having a “spool” on the 5th floor which is the top of the building and looks like a place for a patio hang out with lounge chairs etc. The 5th floor wasn’t available to us for this stay. The very slow elevator didn’t even take you to the 5th floor and there was an enclosed space on our floor (the 2nd) that was storing a bunch of new patio furniture so it looked like they were re-vamping the 5th floor space just wasn’t ready at our time spent there. They have a bar/restaurant area which was great called The Glass Door. But no one patronized it? Served like appy’s -nachos and sorta sub par Mexican food offerings but certainly not restaurant foodie experience which is totally fine! I did like that you had that option to just go in and sit down casually in a not foo foo place and have a cocktail and see the bay! Our bartender/server guy was very prompt and attentive for sure- but he was a bit cold and standoffish. That’s ok! He did a good job on everything it was just a vibe thing that’s all. There is ZERO view in regular rooms. Concrete jungle. If you have a patron above you it’s a STOMP STOMP STOMP situation, and if you have a neighbor (ours with a baby/young kid) you might as well invite them into your room to stand at the end of your bed whilst you’re sleeping because that’s exactly what it sounds like. ZERO noise control and big gaps all around the entry doors.

Love the indoor pool & spa. Breakfast was good for the most part but we prefer not to wake up to loud tv.
