Good location, check in times was hours later than booking time, hotel room needed work on plumbing and drywall repairs,hotel needed to work on keeping the sand out of rooms.with more was to wash feet prior entry of rooms, only wash stations that worked was in the pool entry that locked at night, for the price I spent trying to keep the sand off my feet to get in the bed, I'll spend the extra money on a airbnb

The beach was great,restaurant were walking distance the staff were very nice and work very hard on pleasing every couple that was waiting on rooms, owners need to take a little more pride in their business

I loved having a view of the ocean to watch the sun rise. Lightning in the room was bright. Free coffee every morning. 2 pools to use. Loved the indoor pool the best less crowded. Great views to see.

Room lamps and vents were very dusty. Floors covered in sand. No way to clean it. Room kinda small for 5 people but doable. Couldn't adjust room temperature. Thermostat locked at 72 degrees.

The air conditioner made a squealing sound and never cooled the room down. Management comped parking ($39) but I felt they could have done more to compensate us for a faulty, irritating AC on a hot summer night

I don't even know where to start. I checked in at this hotel around 11pm and the guy at the reception had no idea what he was doing. I told him I had a reservation. He didn't even say hi or say a word to welcome or anything and just handed me the key and asked me to exit the hotel door, walk through an alley where I was going to find another door to the elevators to go to my room. I did exactly as he asked, walked through this shady outdoor area to get to the elevator and found out that the elevator was not needed because the room he gave me was on the 1st floor, even though I requested a room on the upper level. I returned to the hotel and told the receptionist that the room he gave me doesn't exist to which he said "Oh sorry, you don't need the elevator and now wanted me to walk through an area towards the room where renovations/construction was taking place with caution signs everywhere and stakes sticking out of the broken floors. Anyway, long story short, I did not sleep all night due to the shadiness of this hotel. There were loud noises and doors banging all night. The next morning when I check out, I of course come out the same way I entered, tripping on the broken floor and see that the area outside the room was tapped up with a huge plastic sheet. When the morning lady receptionist saw me trying to get out of there to get to the lobby, she started lecturing me very rudely how the signs are there for a reason and I was not allowed to be in that area, as If I was breaking the rules, even though the night receptionist asked me to go through the broken area to get to my room. When I told her the night receptionist had me go through that rubbish,she instead of being apologetic or compensating me for the misery they put me through, just took and key and thats it. Overall, my stay at this place was a nightmare and nothing else.
