Hall way had a smoke detector beeping and none stop we can hear it inside the unit, Heavy smokers on the floor, Elevator panoramic view need glass cleaning And new paint Parking lot is very limited if you come back late night no parking available 😔

The property looks old and dirty. And we asked to clean our room but it never happens for our 3 nights of stay. The linen, pillows and towels are smells not good.

The food didn't taste good and location was great many things near by and the strip.

They said reservations with booking.com was not working with their system had to have a supervisor adjust it waited 2 hrs after check-in to find out the room was having issues that was reserved. Then was provided a renovated room that was dirty floors not swept or mopped appliances where dirty and carpets where not vacuumed and elevators didnt work my husband got stuck in one for 30 min no apology or accommodation not only that one side of the pool was available and was dirty with leaves. Had to use stairs which wasn't ideal for a 1 yr old or myself and the front desk was rude couldnt get a manger was provided with ignorance about our concerns.

Hotel was very clean and not very loud. Staff was awesome.

Room has no curtains, only large Venetian Blinds that do a pretty good job for privacy but absolutely nothing to block the light. I was in town doing overnight jobs so I had to sleep during the day and it was like sleeping with a spotlight in my eyes. Other than that though the bed was comfortable and I didn't have any issues.
