Volcano, Hawaii

We loved everything about this place. It felt like a little secluded retreat yet close to VNP and not that far from Hilo and other surrounding attractions/towns. Chris/Eric were wonderful hosts - and just a text a way. We loved the fruit platter, banana bread, and snacks available in the room for when we are too lazy to go out and find food. The amazing outdoor hot tub and in room jacuzzi when are legs are on fire from all those hikes. There's just so many wonderful things about this place and the list just goes on! This has got to be the most relaxing place that we have every stayed at. I wish we can just stay here forever! Staying just 3 nights was definitely not enough! For sure when we are back on Big Island again, we will only be staying here!

Nothing! We loved everything. In the future, if there's an oat milk creamer for coffee included in the room, my life will be complete. :)

This was the hotel we stayed in on the first night of our trip, and for Hampton ends this hotel sent the reference standard that quite a few of them couldn't keep up with. This was the best hotel by far in our 14 day journey

Hallways were dirty, garbage cans overflowing, people loudly using the pools and loud in the hallways past midnight. The morning breakfast was wiped out as soon as anything arrived, people filling plates with food to return to their rooms. The hotel was over run with rude adults, who acted like it was spring break! I realize the staff’s frustration as they were doing their best, but could not keep up with the amount of guests using the facility.
