  The Villa was exceptional. Lots of room and porches/decks for everyone to enjoy. Kristen was wonderful with any questions we had. The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensils needed if you wanted to prepare meals. We saw deer one morning and on the last morning we finally saw an alligator in the lagoon. It was nice sitting on the screened porch having coffee and watching all the wildlife. I would definitely recommend this villa for your stay at Wild Dunes.

  The beds were comfortable. The host brought us towels since it was only stocked with one. They helped giving us the entry code after being unable to find it in my email.

  It is within 20 feet of the residence, so not very private. I had asked if the host had any laundry detergent to use in their washer/dryer combo, but. never got a response, so I drove to town to purchase my own. There were several places (tv, indoor plant, window trim) that needed to be dusted. There are also no window screens, making it difficult to cool off and get fresh air without inviting bugs in.

  Everything about this property is horrible. Starting from check in they made us wait until 3pm to check in even though the room was clean and ready for rent. They want to charge extra for housekeeping and to get extra towels you have to pay for it, you got to be kidding. The ac stopped working two days in a row middle of the night. Toilet kept running. They want to charge $9 for a bottle of water. So stay from this place and look for alternative options. Do not recommend at all.
