- “The design of this triangle villa is amazing and beautiful. The location is a little far from the city, but it was supposed to be like this to have a real experience living in the jungle, which was wonderful. The view from the room on the second floor was beautiful at sunrise and sunset. The little pool at the right corner was very confy and quiet with a jungle view. Breakfast was delicious, and it was delivered to your tiny villa every morning. The smell of the blankets, sheets, towels and bed clothes is very good like a nice perfume.”

- “Most mornings, we picked up something for breakfast at the bread-espresso place in the bottom of the hotel instead of the buffet in the hotel. The hotel was very convenient to the train system with a station entrance right beside the hotel. There is also a grocery on the opposing corner that had a wide variety of foods, wines, etc. There are also several konbinis close to the hotel for anything you may need. There are a number of restaurants nearby. It is nothing like Dotonbori area of Osaka but it is also a lot quieter than that area. There is a set of laundry machines on the 3rd floor that are very useful. They had a display case in the lobby of things you might need for a comfortable stay.”

  The location was great. Room 123 was facing the street. The room was pretty big, it has a small couch, stove, frig, 2 desks, 2 beds, and the bathroom was fine.

  Small areas needed to be fixed or painted. Minor ripe on the corner couch. The train station is nearby so it is loud sometimes but I didn't mind it since we were gone most of the time.

  The hotel was modern and clean, the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from outside was great.

  Water bottle was provided. A hair dryer was provided. The motel was 5 minutes away from where I needed to be.

  The water had a smell of metal. The sheets and pillow cases had a bad odor of oily hair possible from other people. The refrigerator wasn’t cold enough. One chair was so worn out that I would not sit on it. There’s no where in the shower to put shampoo or conditioner bottle down on. The bottom drawer of dresser near refrigerator was broken. The back bedroom wasn’t warm enough to sleep as heater couldn’t reach it. The heater/air-conditioner unit was annoying and kept me up as it kept going on and off too much. The office table still had furniture cleaner on it and had to get a worker to wipe it down and for the first day I couldn’t put anything on the wet slick table. The bed was so-so and uncomfortable. The front office smells like mildew.

  Room was facing a wall, they offered an upgrade prior to the trip, when we arrived they said they have no rooms to upgrade to. Alley was noisy at times with garbage trucks and other trucks, at times front desk was understaffed.

  Everything was dirty (sheets, bathroom and floor) and there were things broken. As soon as we arrived we were waiting around 30 minutes to do the check in. We asked for towels and they never arrived also there was a constant leak in the tub and the noise was super annoying. The carpet was wet as soon as we got there and the air conditioner wasn’t working correctly.
