We had occasion to have to draw on Yiannis help - over and above the call of duty. We travelled as a recuperation for my husband but he had a relapse and Yiannis went way way out of his way to assist us, and moved us to another suite to better assist his handicap. Then further on our last day, in the middle of this 2024 early June exceptional heat surge in Greece that we could stay way past checkout time - despite a fully booked situation - in an air conditioned environment until the ferry was due was exceptional. My husband could simply not have managed waiting 5 hours elsewhere under these heat conditions. Forever grateful, Greek hospitality at its very best.”
