  Included breakfast was nice but the coffee was poor. Waffles, yoghurt, muffins and fruit was a nice thing to munch on and the area was clean. The staff really pulled through, My CC decided my trip was fraud and had canceled all my reservations for rooms and cars while I was on a 35 hour flight pattern. The desk staff got me a room immediately upon arrival.

  The ease of being able to book the room online was very easy.

  The a/c took about 20 mins to blow cool/cold air. Once it started blowing cool air, it only worked for about 20 mins at a time. Room never made it to the desired comfort level.

  This is the second time I booked the hotel. First time was good. Three years later, so much noise from other group of people in the hotel, middle of the night they are laughing and screaming. Breakfast is the same every day and very limited portions. Swimming pool is never cleaned. The water is white from all the cream, hair and oils from people.
