  We had booked two king-size suites, by the time we got there none were available despite being reserved. They gave us two double queen, and asked us to come back tomorrow so that we could be moved into the appropriate room. For the entire duration of our stay, we were unable to get the rooms that we paid for.

  The location, next to Dog Beach, was great (if you have dogs). The property exterior is okay, lots of interesting succulents with little explainer signs. There was also a food truck-like diner called Benedicts operating out of an airstream that had traditional breakfast choices that people seemed to like.

  The room interior was horrible. I gave a 4 simply because there were two operational beds, a roof, and a decent looking lamp on the bedside table. Everything else about the room was horrible and I didn't dare step foot in the shower for fear of catching some horrible disease. The wait to check out was a bit long.
