Room 22 decor was updated and stylish (but we would have liked a comfy armchair and/or table & chairs for eating), liked the spacious out-of-the-way closet area, good microwave and fridge with freezer, refillable toiletries for less waste, coat hooks by front door, bench rack for shoes, dried flowers in vases a nice touch, ceramic beverage mugs (too bad the coffeemaker leaked), helpful binder of hotel and local info, keyless entry a plus, good parking in front of our room, very friendly and helpful hosts (Megan and poodle Hendrix). Prompt helpful responses to my texts re WiFi issues, also helpful responses to my question about wine and champagne not given even though Booking.Com listed these as amenities. The hotel offered to give us a discount on the price we paid as consolation for the misunderstanding. Now let's see if the refund comes through as promised! All-in-all, a great bargain in a good location at South Shore.

We are not used to the Roku TV system so it was not satisfying to watch. Many channels on Live TV seemed like one long continuous commercial. Did not see any evidence of sustainable green practices like simple recycling of plastics, glass, cans and paper.

Easy access to the beach across the street. Short walk to restaurants down the street. Checking into the apartment was quick and easy. We LOVED that there were beach items available to borrow. The "vibe" was cute with the beach/ocean theme for the apartment, but it wasn't over-the-top or cheesy. We liked the back patio area to sit and meet the "neighbors". The apartment was clean and organized. Kristen responded quickly to our questions and gave great recommendations.

Parking was a bit tight and a little complicated to get out of, especially during peak hours on the busy street. The water pressure in the shower was not very strong.

This hotel was great. The staff were super friendly both at check in and out. Location was great right off the interstate and easy to get to! This was a fairly recent build it was very clean, beds were comfortable. It has an indoor pool small but nice we didn’t get to swim but we did go look at it .. overall was a great place to stay and the Starbucks was an added bonus

New hotel, very clean and staff was very friendly. Location is pretty good, near everything but at the same time out of the main streets and Kyle field, which it was a plus.

The only gripe that I had was that there was $100 cover for the room which did come back to me promptly. I just wasn't informed prior so I didn't know ahead of my stay.

The room was rather small. I was unable to open the door to my room; therefore, I had to go back to the front desk for assistance. The assistant could not open the door. Finally, I was given another room. There was no privacy in the room as the window blinds did not cover the windows completely. I had to use a towel for privacy.
