Room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good with the usual eggs, bagels, sausage, etc. The staff was very nice. The location is close to th I 10 freeway. We've stayed here several times when we were traveling.

Room was unclean. Hair in tubs, used soap left in tub and sink. Fridge and door knob filthy. Pool and jacuzzi shut down, no breakfast provided as indicated online. Cursed at by a customer after her off leash dogs followed after me barking.

location was fine, we were only there because of a celebration of life down the street, we went to breakfast at 9am and there was only eggs and waffles, one bagel was left.

we were up at 4:30 in the morning with loud banging sounds it sounded like construction on the room above us and we did not sleep when we checked out about 10 we asked and the desk guy said no construction so it must have been very disrespectful guests!

The room was fine and the location was good, a mile from the amphitheater. Comfortable bed and everything was clean. Little pricey for what you get though.

I called 3 hours before the check in time and asked if there was any way we could check in earlier than 3pm (we had a concert to get ready for and we had been on the road all day). I figured since it was a Thursday there was a chance rooms were ready because they most likely weren’t full on a Wednesday night so asking wouldn't hurt. Whoever I spoke to sounded put out answering the question (literally could have just told me no). They told me 2pm was the earliest so I said I'd be there then and gave them the name on the reservation. We show up at 2pm and the person at the counter tells us no, we can't check in early because none of the rooms are clean. I explained that I called first to check and was told 2pm was fine but she was adamant that no rooms were ready, and they would be ready at 3pm. I was frustrated because I could have stayed where I was at longer had I originally been told no but instead we were stuck waiting in the car for an hour trying to get ready as much as we could for the show. I dont know who had the incorrect information (person on the phone or at the counter) but both had a bad attitude for no reason and there was no attempt to remedy or even acknowledge the possible communication issue. I was very put off by the whole situation and how I was spoken to. I've stayed at probably over 100 hotels over the last few years, asked for early check in maybe a dozen times and had no issue being turned down respectfully.
