The value of the rooms were spot on with the price and the cleanliness along with nice updated hard wood flooring was great. The location was great, its just off the strip and easy to get in and out with less traffic. The outdoor pool was great as well.

The only thing we didn't like is the parking lot on the far west side of the hotel. The lot is at an angle and you have to park sideways on the angle. Because it’s on the slant it makes for a good chance for someone to accidentally hit your car or someone else’s car with the car doors.

I’ve stayed here on numerous occasions just to get away. And not once have I had a bad experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable the staff is very responsive when you need them. In all honesty I love this hotel. And would recommend to everyone

Breakfast was decent. Thats it , I will NEVER stay or EVER recommend this hotel ! The plumbing was horrible. The bathroom sink was clogged took 40 minutes just to drain.

The staff night staff were basically kids . The GM was extremely rude and uncooperative . Upon our arrival, we witnessed another woman very unhappy and arguing with the staff about another problem she was having with the hotel …. The room was so small and basic, no windows to open or balcony . Couldn’t enjoy the fresh air .Not even worth half the price they charge . And the bathroom sink clogged each time . My husband had to show the young girl/staff how to light the fireplace outside on the patio. She had no clue what she was doing when trying to light the gas fireplace. My husband had to do it himself because she was afraid and told us she had never done it before. It seemed as each time we went downstairs to the front desk. Somebody was there arguing or complaining about the hotel and the service. One man was angry that he had been calling the front desk for over 30 minutes and nobody answered the phone. The Staff is not customer service friendly at all.

The room and amenities were exactly what we expected. The check-in was simple and any information we needed was provided in a timely and helpful manner.

There is no availability for in and out parking. We had to pay a high price for parking and were not able to in and out as needed, and were put into a position to use other modes of transportation. The local water is NOT pleasant to drink, and there was no availability to purchase bottled water in the facility.

The rooms were not ready for check in and neither were other customer’s rooms waiting in the lobby. I rarely found anyone at the front desk to help me because I believe they were having to clean rooms. It took two hours to get both of our rooms that I had prepaid for.
