The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

First off, huge shout out to the wonderful lady named Syreeta - loved that the staff was very welcoming & personable, it really heightened the experience. This hotel exceeded my expectations for the first time in Philadelphia and with booking a hotel for the first time as well. Very clean, comfortable, and felt very safe!

We were warned about the area prior to our visit, but not specifically the hotel. Although we ended up with zero complaints. We did receive a prank call over our phone but the staff were quick to clear it up & apologized!!

Very near to the Strip, yet quiet. Very clean rooms. Was upgraded to a junior suite which was spacious with a very well-equipped kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The deposit was an actual charge on the credit card, not a hold. Should have been a hold instead.

In a couple places the bed sheets felt slightly sticky to the skin. The detergent?

I think the only nice part was where you walk in to check-in.

- staff was distant and absent - the room itself was honestly really dirty (stains, dirt, ants, sticky and dusty surfaces on what seemed like everything, even water/sticky spots in the drawer) - bathroom fan didn’t work, fixtures all rusting and paint/wallpaper chipping and pealing off - no normal things like a “do not disturb” sign - light fixture on one bed missing and a cover for the other room light missing - people came in and fixed the room when the directions distinctly said it would not be but every three days of someone’s stay - the carpets in all the hallways are coming out of place and very easy to trip over and the tool we used to move our bags even kept getting caught trying to get to the room. - overall a very unwelcoming/dirty stay

The pool was out of service and that was why we picked this hotel.

Property location sets within feet of an abandoned hotel, “Spanish Court “, at the intersection of a major boulevard. The abandoned complex is overrun with house cats of which I saw dozens. Street noise was horrendous. However we found the nice management provided ear plugs for our comfort. The hotel has a nice bar in the main office area. I tried to order a light meal from their bar menu. I was told the cook/chef was out running errands but would probably be able to put something together when he came back. I found their pet fee expensive at $45.00 non refundable.
