  Extremely clean. It was very nice and right in the heart of downtown. Great walking distance to nationwide Arena and the market. So many great places to eat within walking distance as well. The hotel was super nice and lots of accommodations. Rooms are awesome and the option to pay for late check out is the best.

  Only complaint was no microwave in the room. Way too nice of the hotel to not have a microwave. We’ve stayed at many Hilton that are nowhere near as nice with microwaves. Everything was great besides that and it’s not even a big deal but just a suggestion.

  I left early, way before breakfast. The toilett in my room overflowed a couple of times. I called the front desk, he offered me another room, but the ice machine was leaking badly by the office when I first came in to check in. I knew then you all had plumbing problems. I left.

  The snack room was terrible....especially for the weekend. No Water, very little choices. 3 nites with no refill on goodies or beverages. And the cold case was in disarray. the few bottles of juice were lying down on the cold case shelf, not standing upright, the snacks were NOT!!! Just a mess considering I WAS REQUIRED TO PAY EXTRA TO CHECK IN 1-1/2 EARLY DUE TO A CHANGE IN MY FLIGHT.
