The staff were very welcoming, and I enjoy supporting family owned businesses. The rooms were quaint, and very clean. The location was close to Main Street and access to many restaurants. The property is kid friendly.

For the price of the room(s), the advertised continental breakfast left much to be desired. The breakfast food options were limited to bagels, cereal and very stale doughnuts. The advertised "full kitchen" was a mini fridge and a microwave. The pool was closed when we arrived but was soon fixed. The bottom of the pool needs to be resurfaced and was rough on our feet.

Property location was excellent, great amenities at facility, such as pool, hot tub, sauna, and game room. Loved that they held our luggage while are room was being cleaned.

The location was close to downtown Estes Park and easy to find. It was convenient to be near local restaurants, shops and the national park. Clean room.

The bed was very uncomfortable and some of the worst sleep I've experienced. Neighbors were extremely loud all throughout the night and early in the morning. The walls were so thin, I could hear everything from the room next to us. The room itself was clean but there were a lot of spiders. Shower was a nightmare to use, it was similar to a camp shower you'd find in an RV park. No water pressure, super low shower head, and hot water was hit or miss. There was also no breakfast available.

I dislike the new practice of places of lodging (Hotels) saying you need to ask for room service in order to receive daily cleaning which was always the daily normal at any hotel in the past as far back as I can recall. In your case asking by 6pm for room service the next day. This service has not lowered prices but does give the establishment wiggle room for lowered expectations and less staffing, which I know can be a challenge. If this is going to be the “new” normal then AT “check-in” a “requested for service card” should be given so patrons can “check” the boxes of the services they expect “daily” while staying at your establishment. Complimentary Breakfast was basic. I know your establishment has nice kitchen in most rooms with toasters But when the breakfast area has as its larger choice of the food options needing to be toasted, then a single toaster falls far short and creates a big lines waiting to use the toaster.
