This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far! The hotel staff were a great help and friendly . The hotel had a few food choice options right there in the parking lot! The room was clean upon arrival and the bed was really comfortable and breakfast was good also! Highly recommend

Gorgeous water view from our room/balcony. Having breakfast available was convenient. Employees were friendly! Rooms were very peaceful—minimum noise from outside/etc.

Temperature control was a little tricky but not impossible to figure out. Breakfast options were very lackluster—but still sufficient and nutritious don’t get me the wrong way! Also our coffee maker in our room was.. not clean or useable. Left a bad moldy taste when we tried to make coffee.

The staff in the rooftop bar were rude. I came at opening time and the hostess/manager was extremely dismissive. Although the restaurant was empty they seated next to the kitchen and then the waitstaff proceeded to talk very loudly among themselves out their tips, shifts, personal lives, etc. basically ignoring the fact that a paying customer was sitting three feet away. I spent $70 for a light lunch and was not happy with the experience. The hostess walked by me several times and practically sniffed at me rather than asking how I was doing. You’d think they were doing me a favor letting me order there as a hotel guest. Only bad experience in the hotel.
