  We've stayed here before and while the place has had an aesthetic upgrade, the new furniture and fixtures are cheap. We had a broken chair, inoperable mini splits and broken TVs (in two rooms!) and the shower head fell off and there is nobody onsite to fix anything. We waited 18 hours for a response about our broken shower, then had to finally reach out AGAIN since there was zero response-we had to ask to use another room, and eventually had to ask to move to that room because nobody was available to repair our shower. Nobody responded until we reached out numerous times and nobody offered a solution. We had to wait while someone "got permission" to move us to a functional room. We had much better service when staff was onsite.

  The Breakfast was simply a waste. We walked out and went else where. Staff/owner could have cared less. There were no tissues, barely enough toilet paper and no shampoo or conditioner. We will NEVER stay there again.

  I did not enjoy my stay at all... #1Rooms were dirty. #2 Staff did not speak to anyone, no hey no hi, welcome or NOTHING... I often felt like a inconvenience no a guest. #3 Hallways, balcony and elevators were filled with the smell of Marijuana.. So much so it made my guest and I sick. #4 Bathroom was not stocked. #5 Had a major issue in room, spoke to front desk and once again I felt like a bother. #6 My guest had a emergency and we had to leave one day early. I spoke to Mgr. and I was told that I would receive refund of one day. So far crickets!!! Called several times and was told manager will not return calls only email.. So far crickets!!! #7. Security was really lack!!! Door to beach open all day, even early evening.. A shady gentleman entered and exited hotel with ease.. and no one gave a rip!!! Two years ago this hotel was not 4 stars but still pleasant to stay in..NOW it's barely 2 stars. I will never step foot in that hotel again.. I work hard for my money and refuse to waste it on this hotel... Trust me my large group of traveler friends will know NOT TO WASTE A DIME HERE!!!
