I have stayed previously at this hotel and given much better ratings. This Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious with good amenities. Breakfast is acceptable with multiple options, juice, and strong coffee.

The stay was ruined when I was belittled in the lobby by the general manager Gina, in front of another hotel employee and possibly other hotel guests. Her voice, tone, and gestures were very confrontational and condescending. I cannot recall ever being treated so poorly by a hotel's staff. Usually, hotels' staff go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Good customer service is typically a corporate priority. Gina would not let me explain about the honest mistake I had made while making the reservation, and which I had tried to remedy earlier and immediately with Booking,com. She then stated she was paid to uphold the policies of her employer and would not help me in any way. (I will continue to pursue this matter with Booking.com and the hotel owners, if possible.) I will not be returning to this hotel as I was made to feel unwelcome, and the hotel obviously does not want my business.

Day shift front desk was VERY nice. 7 min from business location.

Night shift on rude side. Demanded $100 deposit but booking.com website did not require deposit. Better hotels do not require this. So when i rrserved room i checked and it was not present on website so i believed the rating was legitimate. First room assigned had horrible stale cigarette and Marijuana odor making hard to breath in room..2nd Room had blood on curtain. Couldn't close heavy curtain so street lights lite up room all night making it very hard to sleep all week. Mold all over bathroom. Tub was dirty. Beds were sloppily made. Coffee was horrible. Stayed because rated high but this was not a good experience.
