  The property was close to my home. I was in the process of getting my interior painted and I could not stay there. This location was the perfect solution.

  There was nothing that I did not like about the property. It was clean. The stuff was phenomenal. The location is great. For anybody visiting from out of town, there is a Starbucks within walking distance, a fresh market, a grocery store, and even the beach. Great value.

  They got our reservation wrong. Was forced to stay in a room that we did not want. Then call us 3 hours later and told us we had to switch rooms. 2 hours after getting to the new room, the air conditioner broke. When I inform the hotel staff the air conditioner broke. They told us there was nothing they could do about it. They would have to downgrade us if we wanted to move rooms. They said they were short-staffed maintenance personnel and cleaning personnel. I asked for more towels to clean up the water pouring out of the AC and they said due to the before mention personnel shortages they didn't have any clean towels to give me. Unbelievable how bad this stay was. I'm a very easygoing person when it comes to customer service, but these were some of the rudest people I have ever interacted with in a professional setting.
