Nicely surprised by the birthday cupcake candle at the breakfast and flower decorated bed when returned to hotel in the evening. The staff found out my birthday during check in ( photocopy passport required at check in). They even kindly allowed us to borrow a couple of towels to go to waterfalls after check out while keeping our suitcases. It is much appreciated for our nice stay!!!”

  . A few blocks to where we want to explore, but doable . It was an apartment style room though old but cozy , comfy and clean. We were accommodated for early check in which was a plus .

  The room was cozy and had a microwave and refrigerator as well as a shower and toilets access throughout site is easy and pool was clean.

  No water access with the ice or no water machine on either floor light would flicker in room and room could be small at times.

  This Motel is nothing like what is on the web site. False advertisement these rooms are old need to be updated. The room they tried to give us had a bad smell, the fan in bathroom sound like it was going to blow up, the sink was by the bed , the bathroom window you could not open. Cabinets, dressers were old, the bed was hard. I am not one to complain but for the money they tried to charge us was waaaaayy to much ! We had to leave and go find another place to stay . I am a timeshare owner of wyndam and also had to report it to them

  The bath water was dark brown… ran it twice to see if it would change it didn’t… the hotel phones don’t even reach the front desk. It says it’s not in service and we had two different rooms a suite and a normal room and they both did not work.! The AC was broken in the suite the complementary free parking that is listed on the website is fake. You have to pay $25 a day. I did my make up in the bed and got make up on the sheets and when the people changed and cleaned up the room, they never change the sheet. They just put a new blanket on top so they technically didn’t even clean the room, they tidied up the room.
