No a/c got extremely hot in the room. Mold in alot of places but did the job for 1 night to sleep . Room smelled mildewy

Okay so the pool being advertised in pictures IS NOT OPEN and is never open, only when the manager is on site so don’t expect to go in their pool. But the attendant told me it was “broken” and I said when will it be fixed?? He said “probably a week.” Not even confident in his own words. Lol. The room smelled like dirty old men and dog when we checked in - at 6 pm. So tell me why it smelled like that if they cleaned it. Oh they didn’t clean it. Because there was A USED WASHCLOTH ON THE SHOWER CURTAIN ROD. We were so dissatisfied with the service here. Don’t waste your time going here. There’s a mariott like 300 feet away from this hotel. Just don’t waste your time and money. DONT. Also took me like 30 minutes to check in. I kept calling the front desk as I was waiting to see if someone would come, yeah it took 30 minutes. At 6 pm. I hope the manager sees this.

We arrived late night (traveled all day). Our first room - the bed sheets had blood on them. We were offered another room. Our second room- fecal matter was on the shower curtain. The bed was clean however we weren’t able to shower. We were tired and chose to just lay down for a few hours. On the way to checkout I noticed the elevator had blood in the inside of it. The housekeeping clearly aren’t attentive. I asked to speak to the manager but was told he wasn’t on sight. I was offered his contact information. I called and emailed the hotel manager Terrel regarding our stay. Unfortunately he never returned my calls or emails.
