Nicely surprised by the birthday cupcake candle at the breakfast and flower decorated bed when returned to hotel in the evening. The staff found out my birthday during check in ( photocopy passport required at check in). They even kindly allowed us to borrow a couple of towels to go to waterfalls after check out while keeping our suitcases. It is much appreciated for our nice stay!!!”

  Amanda our hostess was absolutely awesome she was forward thinking & had our needs first & I felt she truly wanted us to enjoy our time at the property & I loved that! From beginning to end she was very kind & that made a great impression on me!! Everything that we needed was there. Washer, dryer, pool, pool table, game station for kids! TV in every room. We especially loved the club house area, the kids had a blast at the kiddie pool area! The food there was really good also & affordable! We would definitely recommend!!

  Parking spaces were very tight. Unforseen power outage. The soap in the bathroom was a bit too close to the mirror, making it hard to pump. Wetbar sink didn't have soap or a place to hang the towel

  When arrived and checked in we went to our rooms. Upon entering they were dirty and not as pictured on the website. We went to front desk to complain about unclean situation and were given 2 new rooms upon entering them still dirty and ac was not coming in at all very hot in there we then went to front desk and advised them that we were not happy and did not want to stay there. They checked us out but would not refund any of our money even though we never stayed there at all. They said that the manager would get in touch with us because she was not there and was doing something with her kids at 9:30 pm. They still have not given me back my deposit I had to put for incidentals. Extremely deceiving marketing on website. Dirty and not as pictured.
