Clean hotel other than the toilet seat but we asked them to come clean it and someone was there within 10 minutes. Staff were so nice and accomidating. Everything else was very clean. Pool was nice and clean. Temperature of water was nice. Gym nice and clean. Breakfast was great! Waffles, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs and more.

I don't have any complaints other than the toilet seat being less than clean but it was promptly attended to and staff were very pleasant.

The home was beautiful, clean and nicely maintained. The home stocked with plenty of towels and pool props to keep the entire family busy. The game room was also a nice touch. The property was a good distance (25 min) away from a lot of major attractions. Management was very responsive and accommodating during our stay.

The water heater went out after 4 showers. There was also excessive ant activity throughout the lower level of the home. The property required a deposit due 14 days in advance vs at the time of arrival like most facilities, and the deposit refund had to be requested and took longer than expected.

Typical hotel room. Comfortable and clean. Fridge with freezer, coffee maker and microwave. Air conditioner worked well. Great location within walking distance of small beach, pier and lighthouse. Several places nearby to eat. Included breakfast was standard fare with hot eggs and sausage and waffle maker.

First assigned room smelled a little smoky, but front desk was accommodating and quick to reassign to one that was much better. Vent fan in bathroom was very loud and was on same switch as (dim) lights.

Beachfront location in a nice quiet area, only 10 min drive from the center of Palm Beach, large bed and large apartment style rooms with living space.

No towels, no phones, no room service, no one at front desk to help, very old design, needs major renovation although the rooms are slightly more renovated than the building itself, hard pillows, no beach service, need to move chairs and bring towels on your own, no water etc

One word: cockroaches. I spotted four in the bathroom. I collected three and took them to the front desk. The clerk said that all he could do was move me to another room. The next morning I requested a refund for the second night. The older woman agreed and gave me a receipt for one night's payment. So far, my charge card is showing a charge for two nights, so this is unresolved.
