Panama City Beach, Florida

The unit was fantastic. It felt huge and had wonderful views. It was also nice that the unit provided plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies to get through several days. As for the complex as a whole, the location is convenient to many stores, it’s easy to get to the beach from either tower, and the two pools are nice.

There were issues with both check-in and maintenance. Check-in was very confusing due to a lack of signage about where to check in. (It’s tower 2 on the north side of road.) Also, the person manning the desk when we got there was surprised we didn’t already have a parking pass, even though that wasn’t an option before arrival. For maintenance, one of the two pools was down most of the week, and one of the elevators was down the whole week. Both issues led to crowding and long lines waiting for space.

The hotel is decorated nicely! There are art installations throughout the hotel which were very nice to look at. The hotel is located in a great area and you can walk to most tourist attractions. The bathroom was the highlight of the stay as well as all of the extra storage in the room.

The room in general was clean but there was hair behind the pillows, under the sheets. I always check the bed when I first arrive to a room and without the hair, it would’ve been perfect. The linen seemed fresh. The refrigerator was also a bit unclean and we never got the water bottles they give out to guests. Otherwise, the room was clean. Hotel cleaning staff was a bit rude. I requested a late check out and received a knock at the door before it was time to go. The woman didn’t greet me but asked “do you have a late check out or something?” in a rude tone. If guests are still in the room after normal check out time, I think it’s easier to call the front desk and ask if that room has a late check out time. I can understand that they may have wanted to turn the room over quickly, but that’s an issue they can take up with hotel management. There’s no need to be rude to guests and a simple hello is always welcome.

Exactly as described very good value. Host was prompt to reply. Apartment was clean, well lit with both natural light and artificial light. Best part is it's a 20 minute pleasant stroll through the park to the brown line station so easy and cheap to get to the loop.

Only mild thing: the bright white circular lights in bedroom is very very bright. I would personally recommend a less bright light bulb. However I was fine just not turning it on and using the two other lamps near the bed, which were normal brightness lights.

My first room had hair no hot water the night person was not answering the phone and I had to walk all the way to the front to complain . I talked to one manger that was supposed to get back with me and never did . The mod needs more training who was there when I checked in . My first night need to be refunded . I ask for the general manager to call me no such thing ever happened.
